Step 1: Open a browser preferably Chrome, then and paste this link https://zuelligpharma-support.freshdesk.com/
Step 2: Click "Login" in the upper right corner. Input your email address and password, then click login
Step 3: Once you are in the Home page, Click "Tickets". From here, you can check your tickets status that has been created.
Step 4: If you want to add a comment or to reply in your ticket, just click your ticket and click reply.
